What this site knows about you.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site loads its fonts and images from wubba.studio, without embedded videos or requests to third-party sites in your browser. Our host keeps security logs, and we receive what you send through the contact form.

What we receive

If you use the contact form, we receive your email address and message. The form also uses a temporary verification token and a hidden field that helps detect automated submissions.

Our host records ordinary web server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. The contact route also keeps a short-lived, hashed form of your IP address in memory for about fifteen minutes so one visitor cannot flood the inbox. It is never written to disk and never linked to your message.

What we do with it

We answer you. That is the whole purpose. Your address and message are never sold, rented, published, or shared for anyone else’s marketing, and they never go into a newsletter list.

How long we keep it

A message stays in the mailbox while the conversation it belongs to is open, and is deleted after 24 months. Ask us sooner and we delete it sooner.

Who else touches it

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the contact route. United States.
• Resend delivers the message from the form to our mailbox. United States.
• Google Workspace hosts the mailbox at contact@wubba.studio. United States.

Each of them is a processor acting on our instructions. We add no one else without changing this page first.

Your rights

Write to contact@wubba.studio and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer in writing. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can bring the matter to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Who is responsible

The party responsible for this data is Wubba, a studio operating under that name, reachable at contact@wubba.studio. This page is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. This page describes our current practices.
