What this site is

One page describing what Wubba does, plus a form for reaching us. Reading it creates no engagement and no contract. Work begins only under a signed written agreement, and nothing on this page forms part of one.

Using it

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, do not try to break the contact route, and do not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We limit repeated submissions to protect the inbox.

What is ours

The text, the layout, the mark, the wave motif and the code are ours. Third-party names that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe events that took place; their appearance implies no endorsement, no sponsorship, and no commercial relationship.

What we say about our own work

The films we make are generated, and every one of them ships labeled as AI. The figures on the home page were counted on 1 September 2026 from public counters and platform dashboards. They combine views across the gamer-at-sea series and third-party reposts, not unique viewers, and describe past results. We report performance; we do not forecast it.

No warranty

This site is served as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of error, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. Links to other sites are pointers, not endorsements; what happens on them is not ours to control.

Changes

We can change this page at any time. The date at the top says when it last changed, and the version you are reading is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any dispute goes before the courts of that province. The party behind this site is Wubba, a studio operating under that name. Questions about this page go to contact@wubba.studio.
